About our products
We have three types of floor squeegees, each with unique features:
- Floor squeegee and hand squeegee in one: This model is compact and can also be used as a hand squeegee. Ideal for smaller spaces like the bathroom.
- Floor squeegee with double EVA foam: Perfect for effectively pushing and pulling water away. The soft foam is suitable for sensitive floors and also helps in removing stains without scratching.
- Floor squeegee with rubber edge: Designed to remove 99% of the water from the floor. This model has a long lifespan thanks to the durable rubber.
The bristles of our brooms have undergone a special treatment in the factory. This ensures that they pick up more dirt, even though they may look used already.
Rubber broom: Ideal for removing pet hair, even from carpets and rugs. Additionally, this broom has a built-in squeegee.
Regular broom: Suitable for sweeping other dirt, such as sand. The specially treated bristles ensure effective cleaning.
Yes, our dustpan and brush are equipped with specially treated bristles, just like our brooms, to ensure they effectively sweep up dirt.
About our policy
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be attempted to be shipped the same day. If a product is out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. The expected delivery time is indicated on the product page.
ā¬2.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox.
ā¬5.95 for orders under ā¬25.
Free for orders over ā¬25.
Deliveries are handled by PostNL and usually take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please contact us at contact@cleanlyproducts.eu.
After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs back. The costs for returning are at your own expense and amount to approximately ā¬4.95 per package. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
After registering your return, we will refund the amount due within 14 days, provided the product is received in good condition.
